What is Dalisay Collection?
Dalisay Collection (DACO) is a furniture collective with flexible ownership.
We offer hassle-free, designer furniture and home decor. Our craftsmen use a combination of modern and traditional techniques to create unique pieces that last. No fast furniture or mass production.
With Dalisay Collection you can purchase pieces directly or try before you buy with our range of ownership plans for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
Pieces are created with circular design principles and can be refurbished, sanitized and enjoyed again and again.
Where is your furniture and home decor from?
We work closely with artisans from small, family-owned workshops for each unique piece in our collections. Learn more about the makers here.
What materials do you use?
All of our wood-based furniture is made with real, solid wood (never plastic, wood laminate, veneer, or particleboard). We also use a variety of other natural materials like 100% cotton, rattan, and other woven grasses. Learn more about the materials here.
Who are your designers?
Our pieces are mainly designed by Hong Kong designer firm, DEFT (Design Eight Five Two) in collaboration with artisans in the Philippines
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! DACO started as a custom furniture company providing bespoke pieces for F&B, Hotel, and private residences and would love to discuss your project. Please contact us at email@example.com
Is my furniture/decor new?
It depends. Pieces that are for direct, one-time purchase only, are always brand new. For pieces that are available for one-time purchase AND our flexible ownership plans, you may receive an item that is brand new or a pre-loved piece. However, every Dalisay Collection item is refurbished, sanitized, and quality checked to ensure that each piece is like-new when it arrives to your home.
Will my item look just like the photographs online?
All Dalisay Collection pieces are uniquely made by artisans, in small batches at a time. Due to the inherent nature of handcrafted products, there may be slight variations from one item to the next including wood grain or textures. Our products are never mass produced and these minor distinctions ensure that each piece is truly one of a kind.
Why are items frequently sold out or on “waitlist only”?
All of our items are made in very limited batches. Each piece is individually numbered with the item name and item number to ensure its authenticity. We never participate in any mass production for our furniture and decor thus, we only make a limited number of pieces to make sure that every item is truly unique. We are still in our early launch and hope to release new items for purchase or flexible ownership 1-2 times per month.
What if I want to buy an item that is sold out?
Please join our waitlists online! We are still in our early launch and hope to release new items for purchase or flexible ownership 1-2 times per month. We will announce pre-orders and restocks first to customers on the waitlist to give you an opportunity to place your order.
Flexible Ownership Plans
What is Flexible Ownership?
With flexible ownership you have the option to buy pieces to own immediately or to choose from a set of ownership plans for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Prices for flexible ownership plans are per month and you will be automatically charged monthly. The longer the plan, the more affordable your monthly payment rate will be. At any point during your plan, you’ll always have the option to contact us and put your payments towards a direct purchase. Just pay the difference up to the retail price.

How does a DACO Flexible Ownership plan work?
We strive to make your purchases and ownership plans simple and hassle-free.
- - Browse our collections and choose the pieces you love.
- - Add pieces to your cart either as a direct one-time purchase or try before you buy for a selected Flexible Ownership Plan length from 3-12 months.
- - Check out and provide your delivery address and payment information (Please note there is a monthly minimum of HK$1000 for all ownership plans)
- - We’ll contact you* to confirm the date and arrival time window. You can change the delivery date up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, just contact us!
- *All orders placed by Sunday at 10PM are delivered the following Saturday. Every Monday our customer service team contacts that week's orders to organize weekly Saturday deliveries. (e.g. If you place an order on Sunday, March 7 at 8PM, your order can be delivered as soon as Saturday, March 13. If you place an order on Monday, March 8 at 9AM, your order can be delivered as soon as Saturday, March 20)
What are the minimum terms for the flexible ownership plans?
Dalisay Collection’s flexible ownership plans require a minimum payment of HK$1000 per month for a minimum of 3 months. If you need a plan for less than 3 months, please contact us to arrange for earlier pick up. However, you will be charged for the full 3 month subscription.
When does my plan officially begin?
Your plan begins on the day your order is delivered. However, during your checkout process, we'll collect the first month's subscription payment. After that, your monthly subscription fee will be charged on the same day of the month that your furniture is delivered, starting one month after your delivery date.
What if I need to cancel my plan before the original end date?
We know circumstances change and understand if you need to cancel your subscription earlier than anticipated, simply contact us and we can pick up your pieces earlier. However, you’ll still be charged for the remainder of your plan.
What happens at the end of my plan period?
If you’re ready to return your items, pick up and removal is free*!
Not ready to return your piece? You can choose to extend your plan or purchase your furniture outright.
If you want to keep a piece as part of your permanent home collection, you’ll pay the retail price minus the amount you’ve already paid towards the particular item in your plan fees. This ensures you’ll never pay more than actual retail price.
Want to change plans? Email us before you plan is set to end to renew or to adjust your current ownership plan terms.
*Extra charges may apply for deliveries with no lift access or to Remote Areas
I tried a piece and I’m ready to buy it. What’s next?
Towards the end of your ownership plan period, we’ll contact you with the option to buy any of your items at current retail price, minus any plan payments you’ve made for the item during your plan period. You’ll never pay more for the item than retail price.
Can I choose a custom plan?
We do not offer custom ownership plans or plans that are shorter than 3 months. If you need to cancel your subscription earlier than anticipated, simply contact us and we can pick up your pieces earlier. However, you’ll still be charged for the remainder of your plan.
What if I move in the middle of my flexible ownership plan?
Please update your account to reflect your new address. You are welcome to move items yourself along with the rest of your belongings or contact us with at least 14 days notice to arrange for moving support (please note there is an extra charge for disassembly, moving/delivery, and reassembly).
DACO Care Plans and Damages
What our DACO Care Plans?
We know that accidents happen! Our priority is for you to enjoy your Dalisay Collection furniture with peace of mind. Dalisay gives you the option to purchase an extra care plan to cover most non-structural damages* outside of normal wear and tear. Learn more about DACO Care Plans
When can I purchase a DACO Care Plan?
DACO Care Plans can be purchased at the same time as your original order or within 3 days of your order. If you would like to add a DACO Care Plan to your Flexible Ownership Plan within 3 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I accidentally break or stain an item during a Flexible Ownership Plan?
All of our pieces are made to last, but we know that accidents happen. This is why we highly recommend our DACO Care Plans to give you ease of mind when using our flexible ownership plans. Normal wear and tear and minor issues are expected. For more extensive damage without coverage by a DACO Care Plan, you can contact us so we can evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
What is included in normal wear and tear?
Without a DACO Care plan, damages are handled on a case by case basis but normal wear and tear generally includes things like surface scratches or surface scuff marks.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are currently delivered on Saturdays except by special request.

How much does delivery cost?
The initial delivery and assembly of your order is free for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories! Extra stair charges per floor per item apply for delivery to buildings with no lift access. Charges per floor depend on the size of the item you purchase.There may also be charges for deliveries to remote areas. For specific information contact us for a moving quote.
Do you deliver to outlying islands?
We currently deliver for free to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. We may be able to deliver to outlying islands, on a case-by-case basis for an extra fee. Please contact us to discuss email@example.com
Can I pick up my item myself?
We may be able to arrange for self pick up from our storage facility in Tsing Yi. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
Can you pick up my old furniture?
When we deliver your new items, we may be able to arrange for free pick up of certain furniture pieces for delivery to one of our charity partners. Email our customer service team or make a note at checkout to discuss on a case-by-case basis if this is an option .
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
While we hope you love our pieces just as much as we do, we understand if you change your mind. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your item if you would like to return it for a full refund.* We do not allow exchanges, but items can returned within the return policy and you can place a new order.
*No refunds are allowed for custom orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
